2026 Scholarship Winners

Dunwoody Woman’s Club is pleased to award the 2026 Student Achievement Scholarship to Samantha Stetter and Andrew Halligan for outstanding records of academics, leadership and service to the community.

Samantha Stetter

Samantha took 13 AP and 3 dual enrollment courses at Dunwoody High School. She was a member of many organizations, including 4 National Honor Societies, Beta Club, FCA, DECA, Student Government, Students Against Hunger, Athletic Honor Society, and Science Bowl. She was involved in Varsity athletics for swimming, track and cheerleading. 

Sam was active in many community activities through the National Charity League. She completed over 690 service hours over four years for philanthropies. These include Spruill Center for the Arts, Community Assistance Center, Dunwoody Nature Center, the Sandwich Project and the American Heart Association.

Sam will be attending Georgia Tech where she plans to major in Industrial and Systems Engineering

Andrew Halligan

Andrew completed 10 AP and 8 dual enrollment courses while at Dunwoody High School. School activities include 2 National Honor Societies, Beta Club, DECA, Athletic Honor Society, FCA, an investment club and Finance Academy. Andrew played water polo,JV tennis and was a team captain for both Cross Country and Swim Team. 

Andrew served on the Altar guild at St. Jude. He volunteered with many organizations through his participation in the Young Men’s Service League. These philanthropies include Anchor Place, Rise Against Hunger, Tim Tebow Foundation, Dunwoody Nature Center, Corners Outreach and adaptive sports programs for tennis and baseball.

Andrew will be attending Georgia Tech and plans to major in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
